Code of Ethics
SCE Project S.r.l. has adopted a Code of Ethics to ensure that all employees, collaborators, suppliers, and any third parties operating with the company adhere to the principles and values of legality upheld by SCE.
The Code defines general principles and behavioral standards that must be followed by members of administrative and control bodies, employees, collaborators, and third parties (e.g., suppliers, consultants).
It is promoted and disseminated, similarly to the Organizational Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, through both standard communication tools and targeted training activities.
Organizational Model
Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 introduced the concept of corporate criminal liability for administrative offences arising from criminal conduct.
Organizations can be held liable for offenses committed or attempted in their interest or benefit by senior management or by individuals under their supervision.
SCE’s Organizational Model includes a “General Section,” outlining overall principles and rules of conduct, and a “Special Section,” identifying high-risk areas for potential predicate offenses under Decree 231.
A collegial Supervisory Body (Organismo di Vigilanza) has been established to ensure compliance and proper implementation of the Model.
Whistleblowing
SCE Project S.r.l. has adopted a Whistleblowing Procedure that allows anyone to report:
- Conduct that compromises the integrity of SCE, including:
- Violations of Decree 231/2001 and breaches of the relevant Organizational Model (“231 Violations”)
- Offenses falling within the scope of the Whistleblowing Decree (as listed in Annex 1 of the Procedure)
- All other breaches of legal provisions or internal company policies and procedures (the “Other Violations”)
In accordance with the Whistleblowing Decree, the procedure is also available to external stakeholders such as freelancers, consultants, suppliers, shareholders, and anyone with a legal relationship with SCE (even if not yet formalized, concluded, or temporary).
The internal reporting channel is managed by an external, independent Whistleblowing Officer
